We may deliver these Communications by email, text message, or by making them accessible via our websites or mobile applications.

System Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need the following:

Spam Filter: To ensure that you receive our Communications, please add noreply@elevatepay.co to your email address book or safe list to avoid having emails blocked by spam filters.

By agreeing to this Consent, you acknowledge and agree that electronic signatures provided through our platforms have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. You further agree that your electronic consent or signature meets the requirements of any applicable law, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).

Receiving and Viewing Communications

All Communications that we send electronically are considered received by you within 24 hours of the time they are sent via email or other delivery methods (such as posting on our websites). If delivered by mail, Communications are deemed received within three (3) business days.

Requesting Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication we have sent to you by contacting us at help@elevatepay.co. We may charge you a reasonable fee to provide paper copies, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Your request for a paper copy does not withdraw your consent for future electronic Communications.

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by emailing us at help@elevatepay.co. Please note that withdrawing your consent may result in the termination of your access to certain Services. Your withdrawal will be effective after we process your request, and we will confirm this with you in writing (either electronically or in paper form).

Updating Your Contact Information

You are responsible for ensuring that we have your current and valid email address to receive Communications. Your continued use of the Services after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
