Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the prohibited activities and behaviors when using the services provided by Bloom Financial Technologies Inc., - Elevate Pay (“Services”). By accessing and using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws. Any violation of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as possible legal action where applicable.

Scope of Services and Eligibility
Elevate Pay provides international accounts to customers, enabling them to receive and make payments subject to eligibility requirements. These eligibility factors may depend on your occupation, country of residency or incorporation, applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, risk management policies, and other factors used at our sole discretion.
To prevent fraud and money laundering activities, Elevate Pay does not accept users with unknown sources of income or ambiguous business activities. Applicants are required to demonstrate a valid need for a foreign virtual account, and Elevate Pay reserves the right to reject any account application if the documents or details provided are unsatisfactory.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited by this Policy, or harmful to Elevate Pay, including but not limited to the following:
1. Illegal Activities
- Engaging in any activity that violates any local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Promoting or facilitating money laundering, terrorism, human trafficking, drug trafficking, or any other criminal activity.
2. Fraud and Deceptive Practices
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Elevate Pay.
- Using the Services to impersonate another person or entity.
3. Restricted Transactions and Industries
Elevate Pay may not be used for:
- Illegal activities: Any criminal or illegal act that violates applicable law.
- Gambling and betting: Including lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance.
- Unlicensed financial services: Including currency exchange, cryptocurrency, and foreign exchange.
- Adult content and services: Pornography, adult chat, escort services.
- Counterfeit goods and Ponzi schemes: Including pyramid schemes and deceptive activities.
- Illegal drugs: Including synthetic stimulants and illegal prescription drug sales.
- Violence and hate speech: Engaging in or promoting hate, violence, or physical harm against any person based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, or gender.
This list is representative and not exhaustive. Elevate Pay reserves the right to deny its services to any customer that exceeds its risk tolerance.
Account Security and Use
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Elevate Pay account, including your username, password, and mobile device. You agree not to authorize any other person or entity to use your credentials to access the Services. You may only open one Elevate Pay account, and any duplicate accounts may be closed or merged at Elevate Pay’s sole discretion.
Enforcement and Termination
If Elevate Pay determines, at its sole discretion, that you have engaged in activities that are unlawful, harmful, or violate this Policy, we may deny, suspend, or terminate your account and access to the Services. We may also report any unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Elevate Pay alone will determine whether a breach of this Policy has occurred.
Changes to the Policy
Elevate Pay reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time by providing notice to users. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your consent to the revised Policy.
